At WTB, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused sports equipment and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds quick and easy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and use the provided tracking link to monitor your return until it reaches our warehouse.
